Thanks to all those who joined us every Friday night during the Open to complete the Open Workout and cheer on the competitors!

​We ended the Open with some serious lactic acid build-up and a post-workout celebration. A BIG thanks to everyone who showed up and supported our team!

It was a tough one but we fought hard! There were some first-time bar muscle-ups (woot! woot!) and even though not everyone got theirs that night, there was no lack of effort!
