Is CrossFit for Me?
Answer: YES!
CrossFit is for everyone. Whether you want to get stronger, lose weight, or improve your overall health, we can help you do it. Some people are hesitant or think it won't be a good fit, but we encourage you to give it a try. At Fort Collins CrossFit (FCCF) we are dedicated to helping each of our members reach their goals in a safe and supportive environment.
What if I have an injury?
We recommend before starting any new workout that you get approval from your physician and let us know of any specific limitations or recommendations they may have. After that, our skilled coaches are happy to modify any workout component, offering variations that will still help you meet your goals without jeopardizing your recovery.
What if I can't do (blank)? [Insert muscle-up, pull-up, handstand push-up, etc.].
Then it sounds like you have a goal! That said, our coaches can assist you in a gradual progression of exercise modifications until you build the technique, skill, or strength needed. Worried you might never do a (blank)? That's okay too. You don't have to go to Regionals (or even know what Regionals are) to improve your health and fitness and be a member of our community.
What if I CAN do (blank)? Will I still be challenged?
Absolutely! We have top-notch coaching staff, and are home to Rebel Weightlifting with a USAW Club Coach who can help you master the Olympic lifts that are often the foundation of many CrossFit workouts. Our workouts are designed to challenge even the best athletes.
