CrossFit Classes
FCCF offers one-hour classes Monday-Saturday led by an experienced, dedicated, knowledgeable, and engaging coach who is there to educate, entertain, and INSPIRE!
Our structured workouts are designed to improve functional and applicable strength, burn calories, and increase lean muscle mass and overall work capacity (ability to live a better and fuller life!). In order to offer the best environment possible to succeed, we are committed to a friendly athlete:coach ratio with class sizes that maintain an intimate setting. Longevity
Longevity classes are programmed very similarly to our regular CrossFit classes, but with more emphasis on learning and maintaining healthy movement patterns, rather than going fast or lifting heavy. A great introduction to the CrossFit methodology for those who may be intimidated by CrossFit classes.

CrossFit 101 Course
This course is designed for anyone new to CrossFit and is a great opportunity to learn the movements in a fun and energetic group environment. The CrossFit 101 Class meets twice a week for the three weeks (6 sessions). Participants will then receive an additional 3 week trial of the regular classes.
One-on-One Prep Course
In the Prep-Course, you'll receive instruction and guidance to prepare you for success in our fitness classes via four 1-on-1 sessions with one of our coaches. Individuals who are new to CrossFit must complete either the Prep Course or CrossFit 101 Course prior to joining CrossFit classes.

Kids/Teens
Fort Collins CrossFit Athlete Academy
This program provides our athletes the means to develop work ethic, positive attitude, mental toughness, discipline, and pride. Athletes will consistently train systematically and sensibly over a designed and designated periodized program which will have them performing at their best when sports season begins. Available for ages 13-18.

Extras
Personal Training
Individualized 1-on-1 private coaching tailored specifically to your goals.
Examples may include:
- 30 minute sessions to focus on improving specific skills: kipping pull ups, butterfly pull ups, snatch, etc.
- Weekly sessions targeting weight loss.
- Sport specific and athletic performance.
- Four 1-hour sessions to work on Olympic Lifting technique.
