STEP 1: ATTEND OUR FREE SATURDAY CLASS.
This class is tailored to the individual who would like to try a workout, get a feel for CrossFit, and learn how we coach and operate at Fort Collins CrossFit. Free trial class every Saturday at 9am.
STEP 2: SIGN-UP FOR A PREP COURSE OR CROSSFIT 101 COURSE.
We offer both small group or private setting introductory courses. You will leave with the knowledge of proper and safe technique, the basics of good form, and the confidence to join our group classes. At the end of the sessions you will have the opportunity to try our regular group classes. Contracts are available month-to-month or for reduced rates in 6 and 12 month options.
