One-on-One Prep Course

In the Prep-Course, you'll receive instruction and guidance to prepare you for success in our fitness classes via four 1-on-1 sessions with one of our coaches. Individuals who are new to CrossFit must complete either the Prep Course or CrossFit 101 Course prior to joining CrossFit classes.

Crossfit 101 Course

This course is designed for anyone new to CrossFit and is a great opportunity to learn the movements in a fun and energetic group environment. Different from the Prep Course, which is 1-on-1, the CrossFit 101 Class meets twice a week for the three weeks (6 sessions). Participants will then receive an additional 3 week trial of the regular classes.

Personal Training/Private Coaching

Individualized 1-on-1 private coaching tailored specifically to your goals.
Examples may include:

- 30 minute sessions to focus on improving specific skills: kipping pull ups, butterfly pull ups, snatch, etc. 
- Weekly sessions targeting weight loss.
- Sport specific and athletic performance.
- Four 1-hour sessions to work on Olympic Lifting technique.

Sports Performance

This program provides our athletes the means to develop work ethic, positive attitude, mental toughness, discipline, and pride. Athletes will consistently train systematically and sensibly over a designed and designated periodized program which will have them performing at their best when sports season begins.

Fascial Stretch Therapy

Fascial Stretch Therapy is an innovative system of manual stretching techniques that can rapidly eliminate pain, improve mobility, restore impaired function, and enhance both athletic performance and recovery.

Kids Classes

Our Kids Classes focus on establishing the foundations of fundamental movements that will lead to a thriving future.​ These 30-min once-weekly sessions are designed to be fun and create a love of fitness.

Women's HIIRT Class

The FCCF team also offers a Women's High Intensity Interval Resistance Training Class (HIIRT Class). The HIIRT ladies meet three times a week for a fun, welcoming, and sweaty workout.
