One-on-One Prep CourseIn the Prep-Course, you'll receive instruction and guidance to prepare you for success in our fitness classes via four 1-on-1 sessions with one of our coaches. Individuals who are new to CrossFit must complete either the Prep Course or CrossFit 101 Course prior to joining CrossFit classes.

Crossfit 101 CourseThis course is designed for anyone new to CrossFit and is a great opportunity to learn the movements in a fun and energetic group environment. Different from the Prep Course, which is 1-on-1, the CrossFit 101 Class meets twice a week for the three weeks (6 sessions). Participants will then receive an additional 3 week trial of the regular classes.

Personal Training/Private CoachingIndividualized 1-on-1 private coaching tailored specifically to your goals.
Examples may include: - 30 minute sessions to focus on improving specific skills: kipping pull ups, butterfly pull ups, snatch, etc. - Weekly sessions targeting weight loss. - Sport specific and athletic performance. - Four 1-hour sessions to work on Olympic Lifting technique. |
Sports PerformanceThis program provides our athletes the means to develop work ethic, positive attitude, mental toughness, discipline, and pride. Athletes will consistently train systematically and sensibly over a designed and designated periodized program which will have them performing at their best when sports season begins.
