*Resting bar on back, front rack, or hang position is not allowed. Bar MUST stay overhead.
Be sure to have a plan as to how many sets you want to break up the OH Squats. If and when reps are broken up don't rush too fast back into the next set of OH Squats. Use your break wisely in order to tackle another large set.
