- flexibility to perfect your form on on Olympic lifts, to really hit the bottom of that squat, or to maintain that front rack position squat, after squat, after squat.
- core strength and stability, which will help you stand that pistol squat up or lock-out that jerk strong and steady!
- focus and the mind-body connection to truly maximize your potential.
