2x Hang Snatch @ 70-80%

Met-Con

​Teams of Two:
20min AMRAP:
10x SA DB Hang Clean to OH (50/35)
10x Burpee Box Jump Overs
+
20x SA DB Hang Clean to OH (50/35)
10x Burpee Box Jump Overs
+
30x SA DB Hang Clean to OH (50/35)
10x Burpee Box Jump Overs
+
40x SA DB Hang Clean to OH (50/35)
10x Burpee Box Jump Overs

-Continue Adding 10 reps to each round

*EACH Athlete must do entire round while other partner rests. Switch Arms every 5 reps. Dropping DBs from above knee will result in a no rep.
