Strict Pull-Ups
Wall Walks
KB Mixed Carry (Switch after :30)

Notes:
For Quality. Long grinder workout. Stay very strict with pull-ups and do not be afraid to use a band today to get some good volume in and become stronger. Remain in a hollow position with the Wall Walks.
