-The last set is "5+" set, meaning if you have more reps in the tank go for it, but save a rep or two in the tank. No missed reps. 
-If you haven't found a 1RM Press do so today

Met-Con

​5 Rounds for Time:
10x Unbroken Thrusters (95/65#)
-Must break at 10 reps. Must be unbroken. Rest as needed between each set. Scale as needed.
