75x Cal Bike
50x Double Unders Each
25x Synchro Russian KB Swings (24/16)
Work together to get through today's Team WOD. Bike can be split up as desired, Only one person at a time on Double Unders, and synchronize every KB Swing rep. Make sure your whole team understands the rep scheme, and as always, SCALE REPS AND WEIGHT AS NEEDED.
