OUTPUT! Be sure to warm your heart rate up prior to this one. Scale reps and meters back if first round is over 4 mins. This is a lay it out there, hair on fire type of workout. Simple and effective. Sometimes we want to have a well thought out pace for a work out, today is not one of those days!
