2x Ring Muscle-Up/4x C2B Pull-Ups
3x Power Snatch @ 75% of Above
4x OHS
50x Double Unders

Notes:
A very dynamic and high skill level work out today. Many opportunities to improve today. Aim high on maxing out that Power Snatch. In the Met-Con, pick up where you left off each round.
