Strength

​Dbl KB Rack Squats w/ Tempo
-Take 10mins to build to a heavy triple w/ the following tempo
:03 Eccentric 
:03 Pause at bottom
:03 Concentric
:01 max at the top

MetCon

3 x AMRAP 2:00
​

10x WallBalls (20/14)
10x Burpees Over Bar
*Rest 1:00 between sets

If 5 Rounds are completed, workout is extended for 2 more AMRAPs.

*Reps continue where you left off.

Notes: 
You'll need to push HARD to get into the bonus AMRAPs on this one. Scale reps appropriately to be able to get about a round per minute.
