Notes:
Today's strength EMOM will call for a floating clean. Set-up in the clean and lift the bar just two inches off the ground, pause, then do a squat clean. No TnG on the cleans. Met-Con has ascending weight in the Power Clean and ascending skill practice in the bodyweight press.
