Teams of Two:
8 Rounds
600m Row
10x KB Clean and Strict Press (unbroken)
20x  Weighted Sit-Ups w/ anchored feet (DB on chest)
-One Partner works all the way through while other rests
-Each Partner will do 4 rounds
