15x American KB Swings (24/16kg)
20x (10/10) KB Rack Lunges 

Notes:
These 6 minute amraps will go by quick so stay moving. The rest in between will be enough to recharge and go again. Rack KB in the same arm as you step back into your lunge with. ​
