12x Box Jump Overs (24/20)

Notes:
Todays workout is 4RFT and can get very rough depending on how well you're able to cycle the barbell. If you are efficient at those weights we'd like you to really PUSH the burpees and bike. If you know moving that barbell is going to be rough for you then you’re going to want to pull back a bit on the box and try to push the barbell as much as you can.
