Max Unbroken Strict Pull-Ups

​Notes:
Warm-up sufficiently then test. Even if you are someone who may not be able to do the above movements or not very many reps, still find a variation of upper body pushing and upper body pulling to test.

Met-Con

2RFT:
35x DB Hang Snatch (50/35)
40x OH DB Walking Lunge
45x Double Unders

Notes:
Break reps up as desired for Snatches and Lunges. One DB.
