Rest 5:00

Take 8 mins to build to a 3RM Thruster

Notes:
From time to time we like to test strength after the Met-Con instead of prior. The five minute rest prior to the 3RM Thruster will be a good challenge to see how fast you can recover. Empty the tank on the first part and we will begin the 8mins to build to a max with an empty barbell.
