Tough Love 2022

WOD #1 

For time:
140 wallballs (20/14) (16/10)
120 deadlifts (225/155) (185/125)
​100 thrusters (75/55) (45/35)
Partners may split reps however they choose. Movements all need to be completed in order (i.e., wall balls all completed before deadlifts, etc).

WOD #2

For time:
​1200/1000m row
​At the top of each minute complete 4 burpees over the rower (Rx) or 4 regular burpees (scaled). When partner 2 starts their row they may being rowing as soon as they get on the rower but will be required to complete burpees at the top of the minute. Or partner 2 may wait to start rowing until the top of the minute after they get on the rower. Score is total time between partners. One partner working at a time.

WOD #3

AMRAP x 12 minutes
20 snatches (95/65)
20 synchro box jumps (24/20)
​20 HSPU’s
20 synchro pull-ups
​
Scaled:
20 snatches (75/55)
20 synchro box jumps (24/20)
20 push press (75/55)
20 synchro jumping pull-ups

FLOATER

Rx: 100m yoke carry for time (280/180)
Scaled: 200m front rack barbell carry (115/75)

While partner 1 works on the yoke/barbell carry, partner 2 is accumulating calories on the assault bike. Each partner will carry the yoke/barbell one time. There will be a one minute transition time allowed between partners switching from yoke/barbell carry and bike. Accumulated calories will then be subtracted from the time of the yoke/barbell carries. 1 calorie = 1 second off time. *women’s calories will be multiplied by 1.25*
