8 and 9 am classes only!!!!

On a 35:00 Clock:
Max Distance Run
Every 5:00, stop and perform 40 air squats

  • Complete 2.25 miles of running.
  • Advanced runners aim for 3 miles of distance.
  • Use a number of air squats you can complete in 1:30 or less.
  • Aim to maintain a consistent running pace throughout the workout. Avoid sprinting for short periods of time, then dying out until the next set of burpees.
