Handstand Hold. Accumulate 2:00 against a wall or freestanding
&
Strict HSPU 3xMAX
*Rest as needed

Teams of 2:

Complete 8 Total Rounds
20x DB Goblet Reverse Lunges (50/35)
30x Sit Ups
40x Double Unders

Rx= 5 Burpee Penalty by each teammate for missed Double Unders

Notes:
Aim for steady movement today. Keep an upright torso and core locked in the lunges.  ​
