Be sure to warm-up the ankles and calves leading into this one. Understand the difference b/w tired and I need to go slower on the rower. They are too separate things. Everyone will feel 'tired' on the rower today.  If you want to improve on the rower challenge yourself to hold a solid pace, if you don't want to improve feel free to stay at home today...
