1000 step-ups (20'')
*Wear a 45/35 lb added weight option. Weight can be in ruck sack, weight vest, backpack, etc. 

*Please note- this workout done as prescribed will take at least an hour for most. Come to class ready to get started right away. If you need to be done within an hour scale the number of step ups.
