12x DB Hang Power Cleans (50/35)
9x DB Box Step Overs (24/20")
6x Devils Press

Notes:
Two DBs for each movement. Each Partner will have to finish the desired reps before moving on to the next movement. For example; Partner A does 12x DB Hang Pwr Cleans while Partner B rests, then Partner B does 12x Hang Pwr Cleans while Partner A rests. Move on the the next movement in the same fashion.
