Double-DB bent over row (35/20)
Partner A will begin with 10 reps of KB Deads while Partner B rests.
Partner B completes 10 reps of KB Deadlifts while Partner A rests.
Partner A moves to next movement, V-Ups, and does 10 reps there while partner B rests.
Partner B follows.
Continue in same manner through movements, decreasing in one repetition each round until complete.
