Minute 3 – 20x Reverse Lunges
Minute 4 – 10x American Swings (24/16kg)
Minute 5 – 40x Double-Unders

Skill

Take 5-10mins after class to practice Kipping HSPUs
Things to work on:
-Kicking up to the wall
-Negatives
-Head through on the press
-Work on better timing of the Kip
-Speed of cycling reps
-Free Standing
