Notes:
8-6-4-2 of each movement then rest 2mins. Repeat again, 8-6-4-2 of each then rest 2mins. One more time through! Whether you are jumping or stepping in and out of burpees or on to the box use today to become better and more consistent with your footwork in the BBJO. ​
