12mins For Quality:
In Teams of Two;
12x DB Deadlifts (50/35)
12x Push-Ups on DBs
-Switch partners after complete rounds

Notes:
One head of each DB must touch the floor during deadlifts. Hands on the DBs for Push-Ups will create a deficit. May be wise to break up push-ups early. Scale the reps down if needed on push-ups. We work out together to help push each other and make each other better. With that being said, don't be the person doing ugly push-ups, nobody likes that person...
