​Aerobic Day
3:00 Bike (increase watts/effort every minute)
-rest 2mins

Then:

6 rounds for quality
200m Run at 75-80%
12x Box Step-Ups
:20 Side Plank L
20m SA KB OH Carry L (AHAP)
:20 Side Plank R
20m SA KB OH Carry R
-Rest :60 b/w rounds

Notes:
In order to build better overall work capacity it is important to still take a day every once and a while to work on our overall Aerobic Capacity. This workout should be done at a conversational pace.
