We are almost through our strength cycle and thus far we have seen some amazing results!
Next week we begin finding new one-rep maxes and this week we have a fun benchmark burner scheduled for Monday. The rest of the week is about getting good food, good sleep, and getting your body and your mind ready to attack the weights next week. Keep up the great work and don't hesitate to ask one of your coaches if you have any questions or concerns.
