10 chest to bar pull-ups
10 db thrusters (50/35)
*Stop and perform 40 double-unders every 2:00 minutes, including at 0:00. Then at the 20:00 mark begin a 2 mile run.

9am CrossFit Basics

*One person rows at at time. Partners must alternate in order every 250m (switch on the even 250m throughout).
**When not on the rower each partner completes 10 sit-ups.
