8 am CrossFit

3 rounds for time:
35/50-cal. row
150 double-unders
50 walking lunges

Intended Stimulus:
  • Complete the workout in 18:00-22:00.
  • Finish the row between 2:00-3:15.
  • Spend no more than 2:30 on the double-unders each round.
  • Don't stop moving on the walking lunges.

9 am CrossFit Basics

In teams of 2:
2500m row- switch every 500m
100 wallballs (20/14)- switch every 10 reps
50 box jumps- switch every 5 reps
1500m row- switch every 250m
