8 am CrossFit

4 rounds for time:
15 box jumps (30/36 in)
400-m run/500m row

Intended Stimulus:
  • Finish the workout in 10:00-15:00.
  • Keep all runs under 2:00.
  • Jump on a box that is higher than normal.

9am CrossFit Basics

3 rounds for max reps:
Min 1: air squats
Min 2: burpees
Min 3: sit-ups
Min 4: box jumps (24/20")
Min 5: kb swings (24/16 kg)
Min 6: rest
