Free Community Workout @ 9AM

Met-Con

​Teams of 3 – 30min AMRAP:
-One Partner works while other two rest.
2 Calorie Row, 2 Burpee Box Jump (24″/20″)
4 Calorie Row, 4 Burpee Box Jump (24″/20″)
6 Calorie Row, 6 Burpee Box Jump (24″/20″)

Partner 1 completes the first round, 2 Calorie and 2 BBJ.
Partner 2 then does the same, 2 Calorie and 2 BBJ.
Partner 3 then does the same "
Partner 1 completes 4 Calories + 4 BBJ, and tags it back to Partner 2 for the same.
Continue completing full rounds and adding (2) repetition to each movement until time is called.
