We will be running class times at 8, 9, and 10 am for this workout. Come join us for the workout and stay after for donuts and celebration. Family and friends are welcome to join! 

Pride WOD 2020

​For time:
400m run

10 pull-ups
400m run

20 push-ups
10 pull-ups
400m run

30 lunges
20 push-ups
10 pull-ups
400m run

40 air squats
30 lunges
20 push-ups
10 pull-ups
400m run

50 burpees
40 air squats
30 lunges
20 push-ups
10 pull-ups
400m run

*Workout can be done in team of 2 or individually. If done in a team of 2 split reps evenly and both run the 400m runs together. *
