2RFT:
400m Run
18x Front Squats (135/95)
15x Pull Ups

Notes:
This one is a burner. Aim to find a weight on the Front Squats that you wouldn't have to break up more then 2-3x. Try to push through those two runs but make sure you still have legs for those front squats!
