12x Clean and Jerk (155/105#)
8x Bar Muscle-Ups

Notes:
We are continuing to build on the Push Jerk. Refer to 12/24 when we tested a 3RM. For the Met-Con think about how you want to break up your sets to try and stay moving the whole time.
