12min AMRAP:
8x Dbl KB Front Rack Squats (24/16)
16x Toes 2 Bar
48x Double Unders

Notes:
Double KB Rack squats should be difficult, but you should be able to do the first two sets unbroken. KB must stay in front rack, NOT resting on top of shoulders. Keep elbows pointed down and relatively close to body. Let's work on improving the T2B today. We have been challenging ourselves to do big sets during the skill sessions the last couple weeks so do your absolute best to not settle for singles here. First set of toes to bar should take you no more than 1 min. Double unders should be a number that you can complete the first set in under 1 min as well. Adjust both numbers as necessary.
