100ft SA OH DB Walking Lunges (50/35)
25x Burpees over Rower
50x Cal Row

Notes:
Grinder Pace. Use the the fist 50 cal row to establish where you want your pace to be on the ending 50 cal row. Elbow lockout will help on the lunges. Find a good breathing sequence during the burpees. ​
