Push-Up w/ Shoulder Taps x5
Side Planks Rotations x8/side

Met-Con

5 Rounds For Time:
​30x Walking Lunges
200m
30x Mountain Climbers

Notes:
​If you have access to weights (KBs, DBs, Barbell, Vest) feel free to use during the lunges. May consider scaling the reps down slightly if that is the case. There are a number of apps you can download on your phone to help measure out the distance needed for today's workout or you can stride out 110-120 big steps and that will mark your turnaround point for the metcon.
