"When Satan Met Fran"
For time:
50 burpees
21 thrusters (95/115)
21 bar muscle-ups
40 burpees
15 thrusters (115/135)
15 chest-to-bar pull-ups
30 burpees
9 thrusters (135/155)
9 pull-ups

Intended Stimulus:
  • Should feel like Fran, only 1000x worse
  • Produce a burning in your throat and a slight taste of blood 
  • Advanced athletes will finish, most athletes will quit
  • Encourage athletes to continue moving the whole time, and remind them that they actually pay money for this type of torture.
