Min 1: 45 sec bike/row/run
Min 2: 8/8 single-leg db RDL's
Min 3: 45 second plank
AMRAP 20 minutes
5 handstand push-ups
If you don't have space or can't do HSPU's then sub in regular push-ups (10 regular push-ups), 2 wall walks, or 5 push-ups off a box. For pistol scaling you can do the pistols while hanging on to something for balance or do one-legged squats on a box.
15 minutes of a recovery yoga flow. Or 15 minutes in shavasana. Your choice.
