200m Farmers Carry (16/12kg)
10x Dbl KB Push Press
15x Dbl KB Russian Swings

Notes:
Aim to find a weight to go unbroken on Push Press and Swings allowing for faster rounds.

(Bodyweight/ .75 BW)

Notes:
This should be done as a walk. 200m down and 200m back. Try to make it all the way to the turn around without stopping.
