Warm-Up

3 Sets:
15x Jumping Jacks
10x Down Dog to Step
​:30 Plank

Met-Con

15min EMOM
Min. 1.) Burpees x12
Min. 2.) Sit-Ups x20
​Min. 3.) Jumping Lunges x20
-Scale reps back such that work is accomplished with a minimum of ;10sec of rest each minute

-REST 2mins then....

For Time:
40x Air Squats
80x Push-Ups
40x Air Squats
